We want you to be completely satisfied with your Stelton design; therefore, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please ensure products are securely packed to prevent damage during the return transit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original Stelton packaging and include the completed return form inside the box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
